DEFINITIONS
Unless expressly provided otherwise in specific provisions, the terms listed below have the meanings attributed to them in these purchasing conditions:
– WORKING DAYS: The days on which our offices are open for regular activities (generally from 9 AM to 1 PM and from 3 PM to 5:30 PM, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
– FORCE MAJEURE: Situations arising (directly or indirectly) from strikes, lockouts, fires, floods, proven inability to procure products, materials, or services, breakdowns, delays by suppliers or couriers, government laws or regulations, or any other cause or event beyond our control. The above is only an example. There may be other events that can be considered force majeure. In any case, the customer will be promptly informed via email or telephone notice.
OBJECT
These purchasing conditions govern the purchase of typical and complementary products made remotely via the website “www.agrifoodpuglia.com,” owned by Agrifood srl of Sabrina Sciroppo & C, based in San Severo (FG), Seconda traversa di S.S. 272 Km 0.600. These purchases are reserved for direct users. Every purchase will be regulated by the provisions of D.Lgs. 185/99 and, concerning privacy protection, will be subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196/03.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
By submitting the online order, the customer sends Agrifood a purchase proposal for the product(s) placed in the cart. When the customer places an online order for the products in the cart, they agree to purchase them at the price and under the terms stated in these purchasing conditions. Agrifood will send the customer an email of acceptance and order confirmation containing the order number, date, total amount, and delivery methods. If, for any reason, Agrifood is unable to fulfill the customer’s order (for one of the cases indicated below), it will notify the customer immediately via the website or by phone. Specifically, Agrifood will cancel the order if:
– the product ordered is in stock but in quantities lower than requested and is no longer in production;
– the customer’s credit card issuer does not confirm the payment.
Agrifood reserves the right to decline the order, notifying the customer in such a case.
CUSTOMER COMMITMENTS
These general purchasing conditions must be reviewed online by the customer before submitting their order. By placing the order, the customer fully acknowledges and accepts them. Once the online purchase process is completed, the customer agrees to print and keep these general sales conditions, already reviewed and accepted during the purchase process, to comply fully with the provisions of articles 3 and 4 of D.Lgs. no. 185/1999.
PRICES
All prices on the website include VAT. The prices listed on the website are the current sales prices.
PAYMENTS
Payment for products and shipping costs must be made by the customer at the time of order submission using one of the available and listed credit cards, via bank transfer (in this case, the order will be processed upon receipt of the CRO number or when the amount is credited by the bank), or upon delivery via cash on delivery.
DELIVERIES
In case of order acceptance, it is noted that:
– Shipments will be made within 48 hours, except when the ordered product is out of stock and waiting to be produced or restocked.
– If the order is placed on a non-working day, the shipment will occur on the next working day.
Exceptions may arise due to FORCE MAJEURE. The products will be delivered via a home courier service. Shipping refers to the delivery of the goods to the courier. Delivery times provided during the purchasing process on the website are approximately 4/5 days. The courier will deliver the goods only upon receipt of a signature confirming delivery.
If the goods, sent by courier, do not arrive within the agreed time, the customer must contact Agrifood using the phone number provided on the website. If the delivery fails due to the customer’s inability to receive it, they must first contact the courier using the references provided for missed deliveries. If that is not possible, the customer must contact the warehouse using the contact information on www.agrifoodpuglia.com.
LIABILITY FOR LATE DELIVERY
If the shipment cannot occur within the agreed timeframe or the courier fails to deliver the goods within the expected delivery time, Agrifood will contact the customer as soon as possible and attempt to agree on a new delivery date. If an agreement cannot be reached, Agrifood will refund the entire amount paid by the customer.
RETURNS
In case of a return, the customer must note the quantities and quality of the returned items on the courier’s receipt. If the error is not attributable to Agrifood, the customer must bear the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned intact and in the original packaging, complete with all parts, without any damage. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the items will be inspected, and if damage or tampering is found, the refund will not be processed. Agrifood will refund the customer the total amount paid within the legal deadlines. The refund will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase or the bank or postal account provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to promptly provide Agrifood with any necessary information for the correct and swift processing of the refund.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints should be directed to Agrifood, which commits to responding within two working days.
COMPETENT COURT
For any disputes, the competent court is Foggia, with a branch in San Severo (FG).

SHIPPING COSTS
– Orders up to a maximum of 10 items: €9.90.
– For orders between 11 and 20 items: €13.00.

Agrifood SRL informs that the personal data provided by filling out the “personal data” form or in any other way are processed according to D.Lgs. 196/2003.
This data is available to the customer for verification, modification, or deletion (by accessing their personal account) and to exercise any other rights provided by articles 7, 8, and 9 of D.Lgs. 196/2003.
Data is stored in a customer database upon the first order or registration, and a unique identification code and password are assigned, which should be kept for future transactions.
With reference to this data, Agrifood SRL declares that:
– The collection and processing of customer data are necessary if the customer wishes to place an order or access specific services (in which case refusal would make it impossible to process the order or access the service). It is optional in all other cases.
– The customer’s data will be processed in written, electronic, telematic, magnetic, and paper formats in accordance with contractual needs, including payment, delivery of ordered products, and legal obligations. Upon explicit authorization, it may also be used for commercial and promotional information and market research.
– Customer data may be accessible to Agrifood SRL employees.
– Customer data will not be shared with third parties except for those necessary to fulfill contractual activities of Agrifood SRL, such as banks for payment management and couriers for delivery to the address indicated by the customer, or third parties providing services requested or authorized by the customer.
– Unless otherwise stated, the customer’s data will be communicated to the recipient(s) designated by the customer for the delivery of purchased products or gifts.
– This communication is necessary to avoid suspicion from the recipient of an anonymous package, ensuring complete transparency.

Right to access personal data and other rights:

EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS
1. The rights referred to in Article 7 can be exercised through an informal request to the data controller or processor, or through a representative, to which a prompt response will be provided.
2. These rights cannot be exercised through a request to the controller or processor if data processing is performed for certain legal, investigative, or judicial purposes as outlined in the law.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly (within 10 days of receiving the goods) by providing your details and purchase reference at ordiniagrifood@gmail.com or call one of our phone numbers, specifying the reason for your dissatisfaction. This will help us improve our company’s quality and service.
Please ensure the product is carefully packed to protect it from any damage during return shipping. Shipping costs will be at your expense.
Once we receive the goods, we will either replace them or, upon your request, refund you within 24 hours.
